Q: If I forgot my iTrax Account password, how can I login? A: If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by doing the following:
- Click on the "Login" button in the upper right hand corner of any page.
- Click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.
- Enter the email address associated with your iTrax music profile and click "Submit." You will receive an email with your password.
| If you have a spam filter or bulk mail folder, check there for an email from iTrax regarding your password.

Q: How can I update or change information on my iTrax profile? A: Login to iTrax and go to the "My Profile" page. Make any changes to your information and click "Update".

Q: How can I see a listing of all of my previous downloads? A: Log in to iTrax and go to the "My Profile" page. Click on the "Download History" tab to see a record of all of downloaded iTrax content.
